This dry-type Copper Wire Recycling Machine processes diverse waste copper wires (φ0.3mm–20mm), separating them into copper particles and plastic particles. It works for automobile, motorcycle, computer case, and communication cables, etc.
Structure
The Scrap Cable Wire Recycling Crushing Separating Machine integrates shredding, crushing, sorting, and dust collection systems, with the entire workflow regulated by PLC.

After undergoing shredding, crushing, and vibration screening – with incompletely separated metal and non-metal re-entering the crusher for reprocessing – the material goes through gravity separation, electrostatic separation, and pulse dust collection. The copper-plastic separation rate reaches around 99%, resulting in separated metal and non-metallic concentrates.

Final Product
The Copper Wire Recycling Machine processes waste wires and cables into copper and plastic granules, achieving 99% copper-plastic separation efficiency. The copper granules can be sold directly or further refined – our copper electrolysis machine can purify them into copper with a purity of over 99.99%. The plastic granules, typically PVC or rubber, are also ready for direct sale.
